We will monitor your marks and provide you with an alert when an application for a potentially conflicting (identical or similar to yours) mark is filed in the country where your mark is registered. Our report to you will provide all the necessary information about the conflicting mark and its applicant, so that you can oppose the conflicting mark being registered in that country. This service enables you to prevent others from registering marks confusingly similar to yours.

The other cornerstone of our maintenance service is advance notification of your trademark renewal deadlines. You must be aware that once registered trademarks are valid for a certain period of time, generally 10 years. If you do not renew after this period your mark will lose its registration. Our reminders will enable you to renew your marks, so that your valuable trademark registration is not lost inadvertently.
